Our story

At L’Atelier de Cuisine, each dish tells a story, that of our founder, Chef Gil Vienne, and his passion for transforming gastronomy into a memorable experience.

Originally from Belgium, Gil has over 30 years of experience in the world of service and fine dining. He began his career at Club Med, where he developed his love for hospitality, discipline, and attention to detail.

After an international career, he decided to forge his own path in Mexico in 2015, first with a restaurant and later with L’Atelier de Cuisine, his most personal and ambitious project.

Our journey

Since then, we have had the privilege of assisting numerous companies, embassies, and institutions in organizing their most notable events.

Our participation in diplomatic receptions, conferences, private celebrations, and official meetings reflects the trust that our clients place in us.

Among them are prominent institutions such as the Embassy of France, the Embassy of Belgium, the Embassy of Norway, the French Chamber of Commerce, Airbus, WeWork, Amazon, UNAM, and various Secretariats of the Interior.
